Kongu Matriculation Higher Secondary School, located in Paramathi Velur, Namakkal, was established in 1990 by the Kongu Matric Hr. Sec. School Trust. The institution was founded with the vision of providing quality education to students in and around the region and has grown into a well-respected center for academic excellence.
The school offers education from kindergarten to higher secondary level with English as the medium of instruction. It emphasizes holistic development through academics, co-curricular activities, sports, spoken English, arts, yoga, music, and various student enrichment programs that nurture confidence, discipline, and leadership qualities.

At Kongu Matriculation Higher Secondary School, teachers observed that students in Grades 5 to 7 often struggled to continue learning effectively after school hours. The school recognized the need for a solution that would provide students with continuous access to quality learning resources. They wanted a system where students could learn at their own pace, clear doubts whenever necessary, and remain connected to their studies regardless of time or location.
