Cyber Security

This policy covers all systems, devices, servers, applications, and networks used by the Maazter platform and its digital learning resources. This protects all the important information, including student data, teacher information, institutional records, and confidential company information. The policy extends to devices and infrastructure connected to the Maazter network including servers, desktop and laptop computers, mobile devices, database systems, and networking equipment that support the Maazter platform and its learning solutions for schools and training institutes.

The systems connected to the Maazter must be protected with proper security measures designed to detect and prevent cyber threats such as malware, viruses, ransomware, unauthorized access, and abnormal system activity. Security tools and monitoring systems must be regularly updated and maintained to ensure the safety and reliability of the platform. Regular security scans should be conducted on systems and networks to detect viruses and unauthorized activities.

Any endpoint or system found to be attacked, or infected must be immediately disconnected from the network until it is verified to be safe, secure and free from malicious software. It is the duty of administrators and technical teams to make sure that security measures are up to date and monitored regularly, and check that all endpoints connected to the platform remain protected against malicious threats.

To reduce the risk of cyberattacks and protect digital learning space, Maazter conducts a managed cybersecurity protection program and enforces policy-based regulations related to system access, network protection, and anti-malware operations. Employees and other individuals associated with Maazter are instructed to follow recommended cybersecurity practices when handling company systems, digital platforms, or institutional data.

Employees and associated personnel may receive periodic reminders and guidance regarding cybersecurity risks, safe digital practices, and appropriate responses to cyber incidents. Any employee or individual introducing harmful software, compromising system security, or violating cybersecurity guidelines within the Maazter Network or platform may be subject to disciplinary action, which may include suspension of system access or termination of association with the organization.
