CBSE Class 12 result 2026 declared - Trivandrum tops at 95.62%

CBSE has announced the Class 12 Result 2026. The Trivandrum region recorded the highest pass percentage at 95.62%. Painting was the top-scoring subject, with 15,334 students getting full marks. Students can download their digital marksheets using DigiLocker or the UMANG app. Kendriya Vidyalayas and Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas achieved strong results. CBSE did not publish a toppers list to avoid unhealthy competition among students.

The new curriculum will teach Computational Thinking (CT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in an age-appropriate way. Schools and teachers will also receive training and learning materials. The curriculum is designed in alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and is scheduled for implementation starting from the 2026-27 academic year.
